This is just a summary of the principal terms & conditions of hire – full details can be supplied on request.

1) We reserve the right to refuse to accept any booking without giving a reason

2) For non-cash events (e.g private parties) we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance of the event.

3) The balance of cost is normally payable on the day of the event although we reserve the right to require payment in advance.

4) We reserve the right to cancel any booking without giving a reason in advance of the event even if a deposit has been paid and confirmation sent. If we cancel a booking the limit of our liability shall be a refund of any monies paid to us. Such a refund will be at our discretion

5) We reserve the right to cancel a booking on the booked day or to cease operation early if in our opinion it is not safe to operate our equipment. Examples of reasons for taking such action are poor weather, inappropriate or unsafe use of the equipment, abusive or violent behaviour towards our staff. This list is not exhaustive. Dependent upon the reason for the cancellation or early finish and at our discretion we may offer an alternative date or an adjustment in the hire fee.
